1. Apologies for Absence

2. Review abstracts for June meeting
A total of 145 abstracts had been received for oral presentation. Of these 103 (71%) were clinical, 34 (23%) basic science and 8 (5%) psychological.
Dr Vasen had prepared lists in rank score order and the best were selected to be included in the programme. Those falling below the required score would be accepted as posters.
It was agreed that all abstracts submitted for poster presentation would be accepted.
3. Set programme for June meeting
It was decided that oral presentations would be for six minutes with an additional four minutes for questions. Presenters will be instructed to omit introductions describing the condition and use the introduction to explain why the work was done. Acknowledgements also should be omitted although it was accepted that they could be presented on a slide for display at the end of the talk.
Delegates will be required to submit their presentation online and the Chair Person for the session will go through them and edit where necessary.
There are to be three pre-meetings:
a. The closed CCFR meeting
b. The F6 variant meeting
c. The InSiGHT, CCFR and HVP group meeting.
It was suggested that there should be two Breakfast sessions. The first will be an international co-ordinators breakfast and the second aimed at fostering links between registries in different countries.
The sessions and Chair Persons for each session were discussed and selected.
4. Any other business
Following discussion about the InSiGHT, CCFR and HVP group meeting Professor Macrae agreed to produce a prospective Agenda, circulate it and ask for comments. (Action: Prof. Finlay Macrae)
5. Date and venue of next meeting
The next meeting will be held on Thursday 25th June 2009 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dusseldorf.
